  • Team Management: Ensure adherence to the Straine Management System and oversee team meetings and action plans.

  • Financial Management: Monitor and review fee postings and updates annually.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Directly supervise up to five employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving problems.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience in a dental practice or related field.
