Fraud Prevention Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Prevention Manager to join our team at On Location Inc. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Fraud Analysts and Chargeback Agents, assessing potential risk exposure, and identifying key risk factors.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate transactions to identify fraudulent activity
- Analyze large quantities of data patterns to isolate trends and implement rules to prevent attacks and/or account takeovers
- Utilize several computer programs and tools to assess risk of online transactions
- Escalate fraud trends to internal partners and merchants
- Document transactions to explain action taken
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fraud Prevention
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing, coaching, and training direct reports
- Knowledge of and experience with online payment processors, billing service providers, and tools/platforms/resources used to combat online fraud
- Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on Guest Service and brand protection
