Position Overview:
In the role of Branch Sales Associate, you will deliver solutions and connect effortlessly with walk-in customers by leveraging your expertise, knowledge, and positive demeanor.
You will optimize sales opportunities, foster customer loyalty, and surpass customer expectations. Throughout your day, you will transition from assisting customers to engaging in various warehouse responsibilities. You will report directly to the Store Manager.Compensation:
This position is hourly, with a starting pay of $19.50. The provided range serves as a guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation.

a candidate's experience, qualifications, geographical area, and internal equity within the team.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete customer experience, including appropriate product selection, precise order entry, safe product picking, and secure loading of customer vehicles.
Seek opportunities to enhance sales and promote customer loyalty.Adjust communication style to suit different audiences in person, over the phone, or via email.
Pick, prepare, and stage will-call orders/shipping products.
Process customer backorders and organize incoming stock.
Assist with merchandising and showroom replenishment.
Conduct inventory counts.
Learn to navigate various computer systems for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
Maintain cleanliness to ensure branch appearance aligns with Grainger standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and comply with all operational standards, including the use of personal protective equipment.
Your Qualifications:
Flexibility to work during branch operational hours.
Capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance.
Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial equipment.
