Job Summary

Catholic Charities Fort Worth is seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Refugee Services team. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting refugees and asylum seekers as they settle into their new lives in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive case management services to refugees and asylum seekers, including initial intake, service planning, and ongoing support.
  • Secure and set up appropriate housing for refugees prior to arrival.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed case records, required forms, and reports.
  • Assist clients in applying for public benefits, making public health appointments, and accessing other essential services.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Advocate for clients at service providers and in the community.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with monitoring entities, faith-based organizations, and other community partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with the refugee population and their needs.
  • Bilingual skills in a common client language preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, a current Texas driver's license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
