Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services for AV equipment, including troubleshooting and repair of complex systems
  • Interface with original equipment manufacturers, developers, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and provide remote troubleshooting services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with other technical infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for AV systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and trends to ensure our clients receive the best possible support

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an AV technical support role
  • Experience with AV equipment, including Neat Bars, Logitech equipment, Crestron, Zoom, and Webinar
  • Strong understanding of networking and connectivity principles, including Cisco
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
