Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $12.50 per hour, based on experience, to our successful candidates. This hourly wage is estimated based on industry standards and the level of responsibility involved in the role.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Greeting customers and responding to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
* Operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including retrieving shopping carts from the parking lot
* Cross-training for Food Lion 2 Go to stay up-to-date with our services and promotions

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
* Ability to stand for long periods and move freely throughout the store
