Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of client inquiries and notes, providing administrative support to internal teams, and determining the most effective ways to answer client questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: You should have excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You should be able to multitask, prioritize work, and provide effective solutions to complex problems.
- Teamwork: You should be able to work well with others, foster a supportive work environment, and contribute to finding solutions to problems.
- Documentation: You should be able to document customer service calls efficiently and with detail.
- Conflict Resolution: You should be able to ease conflict and provide appropriate resolutions.
