  • Oversee employee productivity, manage breaks, and coordinate daily schedules.
  • Ensure the facility is well-kept and organized.
  • Perform general cleaning and light maintenance tasks as needed.

  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor and adhere to grooming standards.

  • Exhibit punctuality, responsibility, and accountability.
  • Are flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Preferably hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
