Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Technician to join our team at BB BHF STORES LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of merchandise, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and maintain customers through effective communication and product demonstrations
  • Install and remove furniture, appliances, and home electronics with precision and care
  • Comply with all company vehicle safety standards and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and support during inside and outside service calls
  • Protect company assets, including inventory, equipment, and vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
Requirements
  • Intermediate math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Maintain a professional appearance and meet all safety requirements
  • Ability to drive during day and night shifts and meet insurability requirements
  • Proficient navigational skills and ability to work overtime
  • Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates
Physical Demands

The position requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise, as well as prolonged driving and standing. The ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics is also required.
