Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. This role will be responsible for managing the 340B program, procurement activities, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • 340B Program Management
    • Ensure compliance with 340B program regulations and guidelines by conducting regular audits and reviews.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to implement and manage the 340B program.
    • Prepare and submit required 340B program reports to regulatory agencies.
    • Develop and deliver training materials for staff on 340B program requirements and updates.
  • Procurement Activities
    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
    • Process and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
    • Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels for required items.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the 340B program and procurement activities.
    • Prepare reports on 340B program performance, procurement metrics, and cost analysis.
    • Work closely with finance, clinical, and administrative teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Recommendation of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software.
  • Knowledge
    • In-depth knowledge of 340B program regulations, procurement processes, and vendor management.
  • Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Office-based with occasional travel required for vendor meetings or training.
