Job Title: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Penn State Health. As a LPN, you will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe, report, and record medical information and nursing care provided in the electronic medical record.
  • Instruct patients and families according to the teaching plans.
  • Communicate with the healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of individualized patient care.
Requirements:
  • Currently licensed to practice as a licensed practical nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate LPN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required prior to completion of orientation.
