About the Role

The RN Practice Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and leading the clinical practice of medical assistants and nurses across multiple pediatric clinics at the University of California.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing leader to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and policies to ensure best practices are upheld across assigned clinics
  • Manage initial and ongoing competency assessment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Foster a collaborative environment and support professional development among staff
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance clinical standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements

  • CA RN License
  • BLS from AHA or ARC
  • BSN (MSN preferred)
  • Pediatric Nursing leadership experience
  • Ambulatory experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing supervision/management
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours given adequate notice
  • Ability to travel to multiple clinics
