The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of nursing experience with advanced-level pediatric clinical experience and utilization management and/or discharge planning experience. A thorough knowledge of managed care, utilization management, discharges planning, and continuous quality improvement concepts is required. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are also essential. Fluency in both English and Spanish is desired.

The salary range for this position is $110,656 - $190,882 per year.
