Your Role and Impact
In the capacity of a Senior Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing our Third Party Security Program. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving program management utilizing tools such as O365, Qlik, and Budibase.
  • Enhancing the functionality and integration of our repository.
  • Identifying opportunities for program integration and streamlining processes.
  • Collaborating with various partners in support groups and operations teams to find effective solutions.
  • Developing key project metrics to measure progress and value towards organizational goals.
  • Creating a project tracking tool to report on program initiatives.
  • Building a reporting dashboard to visualize progress towards goals.
  • Leading an evolving reporting framework and delivering relevant insights to leadership.
  • Partnering with internal teams to improve and document processes.

Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with web design tools such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365, Flow, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including site design and tool integration.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like JSON and PowerShell.
  • Database design experience and proficiency in SQL.
  • Strong communication skills to convey security and risk concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions.
  • A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
