Assistant Director of Housekeeping (EVS)

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients and staff. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our housekeeping department and drive our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to our housekeeping team to ensure a high level of service and quality
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to meet the needs of our patients and staff
  • Collaborate with our facilities management team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of housekeeping staff

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities
