Role Overview:
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about serving the senior community. As a Housekeeper, you will:
- Perform cleaning tasks according to a structured schedule in resident apartments, common areas, and offices.
- Maintain the necessary equipment and supplies for your duties.
- Handle community laundry, ensuring it is collected, cleaned, and redistributed effectively.
All cleaning materials and equipment will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:
- Executing cleaning responsibilities as per the established schedule in designated areas.
- Performing floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Sanitizing and polishing restroom fixtures and maintaining cleanliness in all areas.
- Managing waste disposal and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Reporting maintenance needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates who possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language of our residents.
- A genuine interest in working with seniors.
Physical Requirements:
Team members should be able to:
- Stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
