The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing and distributing internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports
  • Maintaining and updating company databases and records
  • Handling incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals or partnerships
  • Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements, catering, and material preparation
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining various documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Ensuring the co-working space is well-maintained, including managing the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities
  • Providing basic technical support for members, such as helping with connectivity issues, printer setup, or troubleshooting common technology-related problems

The salary for this position is $16.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
