About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee multiple food venues, cafes, and grills, including national branded concepts. The successful candidate will provide leadership for high-level supervisors who oversee each retail location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for high-level customer service
  • Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop managers and frontline staff
  • Oversee cash handling processes, POS programming, and maintenance
  • Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
  • Maintain integrity of retail branded concept standards
  • Maintain all product merchandising, marketing, and ordering standards
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience in national branded food concepts or large restaurant or other food concepts
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit a passion for high-level customer service
  • Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
