About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically creative Senior RF/Antenna Systems Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and implementation of testing methods and equipment for our robotic workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop phased array antenna systems, including modeling, analysis, and concurrent engineering with a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and RF design engineers to ensure seamless integration of antenna systems.
  • Develop detailed designs of passive circuit components, including power splitters/combiners, antenna elements, and impedance transformers.
  • Apply RF engineering concepts, methodologies, and applications to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Utilize industry-standard software tools, such as Keysight ADS and Genesys, CST, Ansys HFSS, and Icepack, to simulate and analyze antenna systems.
  • Process measured and simulation results using MATLAB, including frequency response and time-domain processing.
  • Operate lab equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, test procedures, and specifications.
Requirements
  • MSc or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 7 years of professional experience.
  • Phased array antenna system modeling, design analysis, and concurrent engineering experience.
  • General knowledge of circuit components used in phased array antenna systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with RF engineering concepts, methodologies, and applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and MATLAB.
  • Experience with lab equipment and technical writing.
