We are seeking an experienced Senior RF/Antenna Engineer to join our team at OffWorld. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of testing methods and equipment for our robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop phased array antenna systems, including modeling, analysis, and concurrent engineering with a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and RF design engineers to ensure seamless integration of components.
- Develop detailed designs of passive circuit components, including power splitters/combiners, antenna elements, and impedance transformers.
- Apply RF engineering concepts, methodologies, and applications to drive innovation and improvement.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools, such as Keysight ADS and Genesys, CST, Ansys HFSS, and Icepack, to simulate and analyze RF systems.
- Process measured and simulation results using MATLAB, including frequency response and time-domain processing.
- Operate lab equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, test procedures, and specifications.
- MSc or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 7 years of professional experience.
- Phased array antenna system modeling, design analysis, and concurrent engineering experience.
- General knowledge of circuit components used in phased array antenna systems.
- Demonstrated experience in RF engineering concepts, methodologies, and applications.
- Knowledge and experience utilizing industry-standard software tools.
- Experience in lab equipment operation and technical writing.
