Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify and implement The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy, emphasizing Productivity, Quality, Excellence, and teamwork.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products for quality, grading, and size sorting.
  • Efficiently pack products while adhering to established methods across all production areas.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels as directed.
  • Communicate effectively regarding supply material levels.
  • Uphold safety standards within the plant.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Keep the work environment clean and organized at all times.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide support for additional duties as required.
  • Carry out other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:
Required experience includes proficiency in food processing equipment, sanitation practices, food safety protocols, and the safe operation of forklifts and powered pallet jacks. Familiarity with radio frequency handheld scanners and quality control measures is also essential.

Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $17.00.
