Job Summary:The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor and customer service duties. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
- Assist with sales floor and customer service duties, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and answering customer questions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- A competitive hourly rate of $18.65-$20.01.
