Job Summary

As an Imaging Specialist and Record Center Specialist for Access, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing document preparation and scanning tasks, maintaining and processing physical assets stored in the records center, and uploading documents to a third-party software.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, index, and scan hard copy records according to client requests
Upload documents to a third-party software
Perform quality checks on scanned documents and detect image errors
Conduct manual data entry for validation and verification
Prepare materials, tapes, and boxes for confidential documents
Process incoming orders using wireless scanning technology

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a service industry or warehouse environment
Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
High School Diploma or equivalent required
