Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Superintendent with a specialty in Healthcare to join our rapidly growing team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and overseeing all MEP aspects of commercial and healthcare construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all MEP phases of healthcare and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met, monitoring and ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirements:

To qualify for the role of MEP Superintendent Healthcare, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: a minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Superintendent or MEP Healthcare Superintendent in the construction industry, proven experience in managing commercial projects, higher education, and healthcare construction, in-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines, strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, excellent project management and supervision skills, and the ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
