We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an On Call RN at Karen Ann Quinlan Memorial Fdn. As a key member of our hospice care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during a challenging time.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including physical and psychosocial assessments, medication administration, and wound care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with the nursing supervisor and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey; licensure in Pennsylvania if practicing in PA.
- Minimum one-year adult, pediatric, or medical/surgical clinical experience.
- Prior home care or hospice experience preferred.
