Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation services team at Unity Health.
About the Role: This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of a B.S. degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution and a current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Arkansas.
Duties and Responsibilities: Your primary duties will include supervising P.T.A.'s and/or therapy aides and technicians, conferring with the medical staff regarding patient care, and assisting patients with positioning and transfers as needed.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform job duties of a registered physical therapist and function in a professional manner with minimal direct supervision. You must also be safety sensitive and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
Work Environment: As a Physical Therapist at Unity Health, you will work directly with patients of all ages, staff physicians, other rehab associates, nursing associates, and social workers. You will be required to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials, and may be required to work PRN shifts that vary.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
