Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating Patients: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' occupational therapy needs and develop personalized plans of care in collaboration with physicians.
  • Delivering Skilled Services: Provide specialized occupational therapy to patients in their homes, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Documenting Progress: Regularly update patient records, including summaries for physicians, to track progress and set realistic rehab goals.
  • Coordinating Care: Work effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Professional Credentials: Current licensure in the state of Arkansas and registration with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification: Active CPR certification.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent patient service orientation and time management skills.
