Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Provider Assistant to join our team at Leoforce.

Estimated Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Leverage effective communication skills to understand resident preferences and tailor care accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report any discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Apply safety protocols, infection control measures, and risk management procedures to ensure a secure environment.
  • Cultivate open communication with immediate supervisors regarding resident status and condition.
  • Pursue other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • A valid Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License is necessary.
  • A minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language is mandatory.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
  • This role demands medium-heavy physical work, involving heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 100 pounds occasionally and/or repeatedly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting, kneeling, squatting, reaching above shoulder height, and fine motor control with fingers are required.
  • Exposure to blood-borne pathogens, body excretions, and communicable diseases is possible.
  • The position may involve frequent interruptions.
  • Interaction with residents, family members, and visitors will be regular.
