Job Description

The Customer Experience Liaison will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Screen calls and forward them to the appropriate staff member or department
  • Maintain confidentiality of staff and clients
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality record
  • Positive attitude and high energy level
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of PC Windows, Outlook email, and MS Office

Estimated salary: $50,000 - $53,000 per year.
