Customer Experience Liaison

We are looking for a Customer Experience Liaison to join our team at Children's Council of San Francisco.
Job DescriptionThis role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and providing top-notch customer service.
The Customer Experience Liaison will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and responding to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and provide assistance as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Screen calls and forward them to the appropriate staff member or department
- Maintain confidentiality of staff and clients
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Positive attitude and high energy level
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of PC Windows, Outlook email, and MS Office
Estimated salary: $50,000 - $53,000 per year.
