As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and colleagues to maintain standards of care aligned with regulatory agencies. Your expertise in leadership, relevant clinical experience, and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be invaluable assets to our organization.

In this role, you will conduct regular unit rounds to ensure clinical practices are delivered within established standards of care. Your attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent communication will foster a culture of teamwork and respect among Nursing Staff.

To succeed as a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Preferred Care at Mercer, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team, managing multiple tasks safely and effectively
  • Courtesy, professionalism, and a high tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations

We offer a competitive salary range of $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and professional development. Schedule includes night shift, overnight shift, and rotating weekends.
