Maintenance Manager Job Description

Pactiv Evergreen Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage maintenance staff and resources to achieve safety, efficiency, and productivity goals.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance shop operations.
  • Lead capital projects and equipment improvement initiatives to enhance facility capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership experience and a proven track record of success in maintenance management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
Working Conditions:

The Maintenance Manager will work in a manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be able to lift 10 pounds or more and work in a fast-paced environment.
