Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist at Corewell Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities- Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction, ensuring effective treatment plans and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed, promoting patient independence and self-care.
- Performs evaluation procedures to assess patient disability, sets goals, and develops treatment plans, making recommendations as needed.
- Develops and implements treatment programs to restore and return maximal function to patients, assessing treatment effectiveness and modifying goals/treatment methods as needed.
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program, LIC-Physical Therapist - State of Michigan, and LIC-Driver's License - State of Michigan.
- Preferred: Master's Degree, 6 months of relevant experience, and CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or ARC within 90 days.
