Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customers' garage doors, as well as quoting, selling, and taking payment for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and replace residential garage doors and garage door openers
  • Offer and sell related services and products to customers
  • Manage inventory on the service vehicle
  • Adhere to all codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Drive a company service vehicle
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
Requirements
  • Preferred but not required: 2 years of experience in garage door system repair and new garage door installation
  • Strong sales and customer relations background
  • Ability to analyze customers' garage door systems and offer recommendations on services and products
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • High school education or GED
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Background check and drug screen (condition of employment)
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive uncapped commission structure, with a first-year on-target compensation of $45,000 - $75,000. Additionally, we provide a company-provided truck and phone.
