Job Summary

At Regions Bank, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker I to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the financial wellness of our customers. This role involves creating meaningful personal connections with customers, identifying ways to meet their needs, and resolving end-to-end customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line, handling transactions and answering customer inquiries.
  • Develop relationships with customers, remaining well-informed about their banking needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with digital banking offerings and educate them on standard consumer products and services.
  • Collaborate with branch and fellow team members to resolve customer issues and achieve branch targets.
  • Conduct outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with meeting their financial needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience.
