About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and mid-level supervisors, providing clinical oversight, and contributing to our professional development series. You will also have the opportunity to work on collaborative projects and help advance our mission of providing high-quality direct services and supports to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical oversight to a team of technicians and mid-level supervisors
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Lead treatment planning meetings
  • Coach caregivers
  • Contribute to our professional development series
  • Work on collaborative projects
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state)
  • Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings
  • Experience providing clinical oversight to others
  • Interest in non-traditional ABA applications
