Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental needs.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, conducting assessments and data analysis to track client progress, and providing supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members. You will also collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care and maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and data analysis to track client progress.
  • Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Active AZ LBA.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
