Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Inspire Horizons, a clinician-owned and operated pediatric therapy organization. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in evaluating clients' needs, developing individualized therapy plans, and providing ongoing support and collaboration with other clinical disciplines on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans for clients with developmental delays and disabilities.
  • Provide supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on staff.
  • Conduct parent training and oversee client progress, ensuring that each child receives the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with other therapy disciplines, including Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Feeding Therapy, in scheduled sessions as needed.
Qualifications
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or pending exam completion.
  • Licensed by the state of Arizona (AZ LBA).
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental needs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • High energy level and physical ability to engage in activities such as running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 75% of the work day.
