This is a long-term contractor role.

Compensation: Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $125K+).

Daily Responsibilities
  • Evaluate potential leads within assigned sales territories and establish a consistent pipeline of prospects to meet sales objectives.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process by delivering exceptional consultative services and ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales and client databases with the latest information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends by participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Negotiate with prospective and existing clients to finalize sales agreements.
Qualifications for Success
  • Possess a valid and active Driver's License along with reliable transportation.
  • Previous success in external sales roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer usage and experienced with CRM software.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation, planning, and consultative selling skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Build rapport effectively with both potential and existing clients through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and effective time management skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
