Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk operations and manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in creating work schedules for Guest Experience Representatives, adjusting as necessary to meet operational needs.
- Conduct training for front desk staff on guest service protocols and technical responsibilities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as daily reporting, financial transactions, and inventory management.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming for all guests.
- Maintain compliance with safety and security procedures, particularly regarding guest information and key control.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Proficiency in English is essential.
