Responsibilities
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates for open positions, collaborating with departmental managers to understand required skills and competencies.
  • Participate in new hire orientation and employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Conduct reference checks, background checks, and academic and licensure verifications, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Track HR metrics, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or related field and a minimum of two years of human resource experience.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000.
