Key Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of phone calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and chats to provide support for our customers and service technicians.
- Create and manage work orders, prioritizing multiple requests and selecting the appropriate technician for each job.
- Dispatch and schedule duties in our office, booking appointments in the most efficient way possible.
- Provide accurate, detailed information about job orders to our skilled technicians.
- Assist management in resolving problems and proactively seek to make every customer a happy one.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite programs.
- Knowledge about local geographical areas.
We offer a competitive wage of $16 - $20 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus, depending on experience, plus revenue shares and incentives.
