Required Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suites, including Word, Excel, Project, and Visio.
- Proven ability to lead project teams of varying sizes.
- Prior experience in IT within the public health sector, particularly in managing IT projects.
- Experience in handling issues, scope, quality, escalations, and risks effectively.
- A successful track record of managing IT projects while collaborating with both business and IT teams.
- Proficient in standard project management tools and methodologies, with a strong command of Microsoft Project and PMI methodologies.
- Experience in managing vendors and contracts for large-scale IT projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to lead meetings, manage project teams, and communicate effectively across all project levels.
- Self-motivated with sound decision-making capabilities.
- Previous experience in managing large-scale, enterprise-wide projects utilizing Microsoft technologies.
- Background in process improvement initiatives.
- Experience in developing requests for proposals or bids.
- Familiarity with healthcare research, planning, and financial management.
- Knowledge of healthcare policy interpretation, development, and implementation.
Research Skills:
- Experience in analyzing regulatory authorities, legislative actions, and CMS guidelines.
