Key Responsibilities:- Site Civil Development Planning: Prepare site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Team Management: Manage and oversee a team of 6 engineers, fostering collaboration between in-office and remote team members.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and government regulatory agencies regarding engineering, permitting, and site development issues.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure all engineering projects comply with legal standards and environmental regulations.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License: Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Civil Engineering Degree: Required to have a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to be detailed, organized, and possess strong communication skills.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience in managing multiple projects and leading a team of engineers.
- Engineering Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and various other engineering software.
- Client and Stakeholder Experience: Experience working with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and government regulatory agencies on engineering, permitting, and site development issues.
