About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling wireless, TV, and internet products to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell wireless, TV, and internet products to customers and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a great customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and pricing plans to effectively communicate with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and support each other in achieving individual goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
