Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Farm Bureau Insurance Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, closing insurance policies, and meeting monthly business production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly business production goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet with clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide quotes and proposals

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
  • Previous sales experience and insurance license required
