We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Production Artist to join our dynamic team at Nahan, a marketing company based in Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing files, creating physical comps, and collaborating with our design team and copywriters to produce high-quality direct mail pieces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and version files for direct mail production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Create physical comps for client presentations, showcasing the final product's visual appeal.
  • Closely collaborate with the design team and copywriters to refine and finalize artwork, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Maintain a high level of quality control in all aspects of file preparation and production, adhering to industry standards.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and adjust processes as needed to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in agency production and design, preferably with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and conventional print processes, understanding color theory and design principles.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, working effectively in a collaborative environment.
