We are seeking a highly skilled WebMethods Administrator to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our WebMethods Integration Server, Universal Messaging, and API Gateway.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Must have hands-on experience in software AG WebMethods Administration, including Integration Server and Universal Messaging.
  • Must have knowledge and hands-on experience managing API Gateway and API security in any product.
  • Must have knowledge in AWS cloud computing, including deployment and monitoring of applications in EC2.
  • Must have experience integrating AWS services like SQS and SNS.
  • Must have knowledge on managing Lambda functions in AWS cloud.
  • Should have knowledge on SAAS and PAAS.
  • Experience in Google Pub/Sub Administration.
  • Should have knowledge on SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Experience in NoSQL database management, such as Cassandra or MongoDB.
Requirements:
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills, with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and resolution for complex issues.
  • Present technical solutions to clients, participate in oral presentations.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems, resolve issues.
  • Support applications by collaborating with other IT teams to resolve production issues and ensure high availability.
  • Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting performance problems, considering infrastructure, database, and application server.
  • Coordinate with Applications teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support.
  • Manage services SLAs, including availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs.
