**Project Manager for SuccessFactors Implementations**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of SuccessFactors implementations for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving project delivery, conducting business needs analysis, and identifying key business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate project delivery for SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges.
  • Manage project financials and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.
  • Support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts and creating delivery plans.
  • Liaise with application management and legacy IT support teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Integration Center and CPI integrations.
  • Deep client engagement skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Relationships, capability, and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance, and other SAP partner products.
