Position Summary
As the inaugural HR Specialist at Whisper Aero, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective human resources strategies and systems. This position is perfect for an individual who excels in a dynamic start-up atmosphere and is enthusiastic about establishing a comprehensive HR framework from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee HR administrative functions, including documentation, employee management, and HR analytics.
- Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming integration into the organization.
- Create meaningful HR reports to support strategic decisions related to talent management, employee satisfaction, and organizational growth.
- Lead special initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, corporate culture, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular HR meetings to ensure transparent communication and alignment of HR objectives with organizational goals.
- Work closely with department leaders to identify their HR requirements and deliver customized support.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources capacity, ideally within a manufacturing, production, or start-up context.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging effectively across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in establishing HR processes and systems in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the aerospace or technology industries is advantageous.
