INRIX is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Data as a Service Platform Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products according to the roadmaps outlined by Product Management and serving as Product Owner in the SDLC. Your primary accountability will be for the product's delivery success.
Key Responsibilities- Own and Coordinate the Release Plan: Collaborate with Product Management to shape roadmaps, estimate and plan delivery milestones, communicate plans and progress, and lead cross-department release meetings.
- Define Requirements: Collect needs from stakeholders across the company and translate roadmaps and product one-pagers into production delivery requirements, as well as organize and lead requirements reviews.
- Responsible for Project Management of Releases: Lead product squad ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning, facilitate team stand-ups, ensure a customer-centric view, and make execution judgment calls on behalf of the team.
- Ensure Product Delivery Success: Support Marketing, Customer Support, IT Operations, and Sales by critically evaluating product roadmaps and designs. You are responsible for confirming stakeholder ROI for investments, analyzing and distributing usage and adoption metrics, and reporting product revenue.
- Drive Quality: Foster a culture of Developer/QA testing and performing feature usability reviews.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the efforts of our two innovative teams, driving projects that harness the power of AI and real-time data to transform transportation intelligence and traffic management.
Requirements- 6+ years of program management/product owner experience with proven success at delivering software services in large scale distributed environments.
- Experience in predictable execution and delivery of globally scaled services in the cloud.
- Ability to manage a dynamic requirements environment and move it to a predictable, high speed delivery environment.
- Understanding and practice in Agile/Scrum.
- Experience with open-source Big Data technologies and AWS cloud computing.
- Worked with Engineers building end-to-end backend applications and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically and tactically.
- Experience working with big data processing or many-terabyte datasets.
- Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
